First year flop

    I started a part-time thing with my son when he was 15 back in 2008.If I did not have a great full time job I could easily go full time lawn care if I wanted to.My son has more work than he can handle and stopped advertising 2 yrs ago.He still gets referrals.Stick it out and they will come.

    Facts to remember.

    For most people their landscape business grows slow.

    Most businesses fail in three years.

    However if a new guy can stick it out by the fourth year it is worth it.

    One of the keys to success is to keep costs low and avoid debt.
