Fixed Expenses

    If someone could help me, I would really apreciate it! I am typing a buisness plan for one of my calsses and have come across a few problems. I am looking for estimates on Insurance, Shop Utillity Bills, and Employee Salaries. Once again I am just looking for a viege estimate, So if anyone can help, it would be great!:blob3:

    Your profile states you've been in this biz for 4 years, why are you asking such a question. Just use last years figures.

    If you're working out of an apartment, dorm, or Mom & Dad's, just use their/your bills for the purpose. Divide up the sq. footage to get a shop price if need be.

    Unless you are large enough to need a forman on salary, your labor will be a variable costs...varying directly with the number of hours your employees work.
