I need to fix some badly damaged areas on a commercial lawn. Hydro-seeding is not an option, and I'm not a fan of straw, as it seems to embed itself so it cannot be completely removed ever. If I just prep, starter fert and seed will it work? And if yes, what kind of watering will it require and for how long? Thanks guys

Water often! atleast couple times a day at first. or hope it rains alot. I would tell them for a couple weeks set there sprinkler system to twice a day for 30 minute waterings.. I have had best lick stirring up the dirt and buring the heck outta the seed, meaning like 2 inches down.. good luck its gonna be a pain
