Flagstone

    For you guys who do flagstone patio's what's the average price per square feet for say maybe crab orchard stone.

    they'll move this thread to landscaping, but I charged 12 bucks a sqaure foot installed with all materials and labor included, 5 years ago. It should be higher now because flagstone has went up, so maybe 14-16 per foot now. It is very time consuming to make it look good, but beautiful when done.

    25 minumum. 35ish if wet layed

    I only do flagstone on a concrete pad other wise known as "wet lay" and i am at $40 a square for all materials and labor no less and sometimes higher

    What other materials are involved or are you just talk about the cost of the flagstone???

    may be dum but thought I would ask!!

    YEah I was just offered an 800 ft/2 patio, but when I heard my competition came in at 22 ft/2 installed for wet lay I said nevermind ;)

    Everything that is involved is excavate, form up and pour concrete, then lay your border out and find all the elevations..then pull string lines and lay the whole patio, materials are lumber for forms, wire, concrete, stone, sand, mortor,
