As the Title says. Thanks.
Hydraulic House was way cheaper than anywhere i could find. Ask for Josh
hydraulic house... as stated.. I was just there today.. have 3 locations here in Orlando. They sell Parker products, good stuff. I have not had good luck with gates products at all..
You can do better than Parker. Snap Tite has been good for me. There is another brand I have been buying cant remember name right now. The Parker is a two piece unit that I have had issued with them coming apart and are almost impossible to get tight again. Not impressed with them.
Weatherhead is far better than parker anyday. I hate 2 piece hose ends.
Parker is the way to go. I am a Parker dealer and have been using Parker hoses and fittings for 10 years now.
So what do you do when the 2 piece hose ends start leeking? Wheatherhead ends have never had this happen for me.
I dont normally use 2 piece fittings. I have only replaced a few of them and that was because the hoses were shot.
I did not know I was buying a two piece coupler until they started leaking. I had like four of them leak. Not just on the breaker but also on a Preparator and a couple grapples. I sent an email to Parker and they replaced my couplers-------all of them and that was a lot of couplers. My hats off to them for that it was excellent service but I had one of their new ones also leak. I replaced it with a Snaptite.
Parker stood up for their product but they have got to come up with a better coupler in my view. That was like 3 years ago, maybe they have fixed the design by now.
I dont know what you mean by 2 piece coupler... but I have never had a hose leak at a coupler on me... I normally break the line, or rip it out of the fitting...my fault, not the hose... I HAVE had ends blow off that where not parker.. another shop was making them.. and all failed.. never went back.. I just found a crimper with all dies and rings for sale here cheap.. guy is going out of buisness and selling all his equipment, tools, etc.... So we will be making our own hoses soon...
