I just bought a used 48" Scag Tiger Cub. It has pneumatic front tires that are in good shape. We have a lot of cactus, yucca, and mesquite in our yard. I was considering changing to the solid, or flat-free front tires. Anybody done this? Does it ride harder? The yard is pretty rough anyway and I like the ride with pneumatic tires. Would I be better off just putting sealant in the tires?

If you have all that in your yard I would suggest putting double the dose of sealer in all four tires and let it rip.
