I have heard that its not recommended to use the flex forks with the bagger on the MFT machine. Is this just for high speed use because of hitting bumps? Kind of curious because I currently have the flex forks, but will be purchasing the bagging system for the MFT.

You heard correct, we do not recommend there use with catchers.
The weight in the rear of the unit (with the catcher getting full) makes it necessary to add a weight in the front, and the added weight in the front would compress the Flex Forks more than what we design them for, ultimately resulting in the deck being to low in the front.
I would switch out your forks for use with the catcher.
