flipping drop hitch upside down

    so i put a 5.25" drop hitch on upside down to lower rear of trailer a few inches. seems to haul good with no problems. loaded trailer will never exceed 2000lbs do you guys see a problem with doing this?

    No, its very common for people to do this.

    A drop hitch is also a riser hitch

    Ditto.... no problem with doing that. I have done it for years.
