I'd add "Free Estmates" in there somewhere, and some different fonts, some color as well. The biggest thing that you want people to see is your name and number, so maybe make them bigger, or make them a different color.

    It's a great start.

By saying "Dont wait to long" You putting it in their head that they have no hurry to call. Maybe take that out and add "Call today!"

In my openion the first flyer is a good start make the changes that were recomended but just add some graphic elements to it. Move things around and add some coloer and differnt font types. In the past we have put out both full page flyers, half page flyers, and 1/4 page flyers. We have gotten the best response from full page flyers with graphics in them. I will put up a copy of one of our old ones in a day or so to give you an idea. just make it stand out a little more to get peoples attintion. Just my two cents

Alright here is my experience from flyers. Last year I put out probably over 5,000 flyers and had about a 50-70% growth rate just from flyers. If I could figure out how to put my current flyer on here I would. Color flyers are not an option. I just use colored paper depending on season. To be effective you need to pass out at least a thousand flyers expecting 10 calls. In my flyers I put a picture of me under my co name. I think this builds credibility and also show that I am well groomed guy not a long-haired punk. I make a list of services and my qualifications like years experience and insurance. I also put my name under my co. name. Now what I have been doing lately is getting staples to shrink my flyer so that I get 4 per sheet. I use heavier weight paper then I go to a crafts store and buy the a roll of 1/2" thick magnet strip. We never even stop at a mailbox. We just roll on by and almost throw the magnet at the door of the mailbox. This is extremely efficient and less tiresome which means you will hand out alot more of these babies. And the awesome part about these is that ALOT of them make it to people's refrigerator doors. The cost is a little more than flyers b/c of the magnet but I think it cost me right at $35 for a thousand. People are still calling from last spring b/c they hang on to these things. Also an idea I have used before for leaf removal is before and after pics. Also if you are mulching the leaves I would try to avoid the word mulching until you are on the phone with them. I like hometown's flyer... very impressive layout, but color flyers are expensive!!!
