I just sent out my spring letters (some price raise letters) to my customers from last year. What exactly do you guys say when you follow up with someone? When should I call them? Also, when you send out estimates how long do you wait before follow up calls for them?

    Thanks... :)

when you send out estimate, contracts, etc you should always have a due date or response date on them. Then I usually wait until a few days before the due date just to make sure they haven't forget about them and to ask them if they have any questions

On my estimate forms it says that they are good up to 10 days after the date on form. I guess I will wait until 8 days or so and call them and ask if they have any questions.

    Thanks... :)

I sent my letters out a week ago. I put in mine that services will begin the first week of April unless I am notified otherwise.
