I can't help but notice the large amount of post lately from what appear to be homeowners and not professional LCO's. Any chance you can create a forum for just these folks and save us all the time of reading the same type questions that we have seen millions of times before? I love this forum but really would rather spend my time reading and responding with other pro's. I don't mind the questions from new folks just starting out because we were all new with a million questions in the beginning. BTW your email is turned off and I can't im as I don't use AOL. Sorry to have to post on the general board.

1 minute earlier I could have been the third one to post the same answer.

Thanks to all 3 for the quick response. Should have seen it. Still wish they would use it then.

i think the reason that many of us, lowly homeowners, post on the professional link is that we respect the opinions of those who live and breathe lc. we come on binded-knee so that the experts can bestow from their wealth of knowledge, the advice that we so humbly seek.
