How many hours does it take to mow the 52 commercial units and how many people are working? Are they next to each other like an apartment complex or is each one at a separate location?

    We're now at 56 units.

they vary. some streets have 7 -10 right next to each other. others are by themselves. all are within an approximate 12 - 15 mile radius.

    Hours per week:
In the summer months we were carrying 80-90 units and with 2 people and spending approximately 20-35 hours a week mowing. With 4 people, of which we've only been going at for about 2 - 3 weeks including the recent seasonal slow down and drop to 56 units, approximately 15 - 22 hours.

Most recent data with the 56 units and 4 people indicates:
Average 10-16 a day if we start at 1:30 PM (4 people)
Average 19-23 a day if we start at 8:00 AM (4 people)
