Is anyone on here firmiliar with the ford 535 front end loader? I have one at my shop that is used just to move around brush and load bulk materials occationally.

    1) what kind oil does it use in the hydraulic system?

One of the hydraulic lines broke while using it. The line has been replaced. Do we need to bleed the system before using the machine? IF so, how?

Ford New Holland should be able to tell you what to use. In my experience with tractors, it shouldn't be necessary to bleed the system. Operating the hydraulics should clear out any air.

Dutch 1 is right. It might whine a little bit until the fluid circulates through the system. Be particular about the steering until until the air is vented through the reservoir. A universal fluid from your local oil jobber should work fine.
