For the past week my 450 has been making these crazy whining noises. They happen when I push in the clutch, brake, and steer. It's a very small vibration with loud whining. I was thinking it was power steering but it happens with braking too! Anyone know what's up?

Brakes may have hydraulic assist from the power steering pump, in which case you would feel it in both the wheel and the pedal.

they do my neighbor is a mechanic at ford and i had a similar problem he told me to change the p/s pump which i thought was odd but once he explained it i trusted his work and had ford do so.... problem solved.

Did you check your clutch, brake, and PS fluid? Might be low somewhere along the line.
