Curious how many people charge differently for Foreman vs Labourers?

I have reviewed a couple commercial contracts over the last little while and they are always asking for labor rates for extra work (which is fine) but they have separated them for foreman/labourers/apprentice, just curious what other are doing?

Do you charge different Man hours or just one price?

Often the price is quoted for the job, so if takes a rookie two hours or a trained experienced veteran an hour, the price is the same.

So yes, different rates according to ability and also different rates according to the job being performed.

I divide my crews in normally groups of 3 normally. and I know how much I pay the 3
    2 labor 1 forman....
I'll send out the crew to do the job and charge hourly and I know my "medium" cost and can charge a flat hourly rate.
Althou I might be paying more one person than the others. It won't matter as the crew is viewed in my expense book as a single entity, that brings me so much in return hourly.

    Example:
    Crew spends 1 hr doing the work. I charge 3hrs (3 guys * 1hr).
Profit = My rate - 3 guys rate - expenses
