Formula's for Commercial Bidding

    Yes and possibly mark up on plants if you can get them from a wholesale nursery in bulk.

    If you can't buy the plants wholesale, you shouldn't be doing a project like this.

    Let me clarify. I should have originally said 5 days with a total of 150 man hours. This being said, I put the pencil to it again and ended up bidding 210 man hours at 50.00 per hour. I also added 18 percent markup on plants, trees, irrigation supplies.
    I built more dollars in here to cover auger rental and skid steer!
    Sorry for the confusion.
