Its in very perfect shape with 9,000 miles on it. Has a rhino liner in it and all options except a roof. He is asking $ 33,000 firm. With diesel at almost $ 4.00 a gal, I feel crazy even looking at it. We currently use an 04 1500 Z 71 w/5.3 and it really does not have the power, that I think we need to use daily. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Unless your driving alot of miles, or towing alot of weight, pass on the diesel. It's not worth it anymore with diesel being over 4.00 a gallon. You're much better off with a Gasser.

Do you need a tax write off.......just something else to consider.

Had a 05 5.3 last yr. towing around 4000-5000#. It got 10-12 mpg and it was lugging on the hills. Traded for a 07 dmax, get 15-16mpg towing same trailer. Dont even know it there.

Paid $34k for a new 07.5 dmax reg cab long bed last Sept. Not fully loaded, but lots of options. An 05 for 34K sounds a litle high.

Thanks everyone! My 1500 5.3 just can't get it done on a daily basis. 3,000 to 4,000 lbs.

This truck is like brand new in and out. I know I'll have power with duramax.

Its just pump shock with diesel right now.
