We use the Parisien a good bit.

Seems it has some quality issus here for the last year.

Chiped corners. Cracked pavers here and there.

And last week I found a paver with metal in it!

Any other of you super duper luper paver fools finding quality issues?

    My initials thoughts too.

I'm looking in the ICPI handbook on what to do about this. My book from 2001 says to soak it in WD40 and cut the wire with a torch. But my book from 2010 says to coat it in hydraulic fluid and cut it with a die grinder with 75 psi air pressure. But Paver Pete says to take the paver, soak it in Milwaukee's Best Light and reinstall upside down???

techo is very good about standing behind their products--I would replace with a different paver and return the defective one to the dealer and plead your case--my guess is they will make it right to you.

we installed some rocka steps two years ago that faded badly--techo rep and dealer came to the jobsite checked things over and then comped us wet look sealer and time to get the look to match.

techo will stand by their stuff

Seen that before, but not sure if it was techo or unilock.

Ouch! I'd like to hear an explanation for that. I'm surprised that that made it past their puffery of the "very strictest standards."

I'm thinking the metal may have come off of the mold?

    I almost didn't catch it.
