I'm sure this has been covered, but I need some help. I am licensed, my first year. I have lawns that have a combo of crabgrass and foxtail coming up. I know how to handle the crabgrass, but I'm not sure what to do about the others? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 99% sure its foxtail. That's what the guys at Lesco told me it was. But they didn't offer a solution ( I guess i didn't ask either).

foxtail is a summer annual which germinates when soil temperatures reach 65 degrees.
best controlled with a pre-emergent in the spring. there are post emergent products that have foxtail on the label but will most likely need several treatments and you got to be careful not to damage the disirable turf.

Drive 75 and Trimec Plus both used at label rates together at temps below 85*. But why not wait and treat it next year pre-emergently?
