Regarding the Toro GrandStand 48"/23hp (unless somebody out there way down south is already using a new 48"/24hp) what kind of fuel 'mileage' are you getting? I don't know if it's 'hours-per-gallon' or 'gallons-per-hour' (I hope the former) but I am interested in knowing. Thank you.

I get about 10-12 hours on a tankful. I have one of mine for sale if you have any interest.

The term that you are looking for is fuel economy.

I couldn't tell you on yours but they're no fuel misers, my 60" 25hp gleefully swallows two gallons an hour.
