I love full service accounts for residential people, I would much rather do full service accounts for residential then commercial :)

I have about 4 residentials locked on the full service, I'd like to get more customers like that instead of the one time customers!

:blob3: ABSOLUTELY. i will only do your home if its full service. lawn, chem, spring-fall cleanup. id rather do 100 full service than 200 lawn maint. the check is much nicer every month. tony

Yes, I'm doing 50/50 residential and commercial accounts.

The guys seem to like mix up residential and commercial, you can spend 8hrs on a commercial site all day doing the same work. I give the guys a break and switch up the scenary for them.

You are correct! The more full service residential accounts you have the better. The customers are great to work with. Anything they want to do for landscaping they call us first to see if we can take care of them. Full service residential's bring them on!

Full service accounts are particularly good if you are solo.

Re-edge flower beds every week? I'm assuming you don't actually have to do it each week unless you have an extremely invasive grass. Thanks for the feedback btw.
