The last three weeks, we've had temps. regularly over 100 and nightime temps. in the high-70s and higher. I have two customers with irrigation that sure enough have picked up the beginnings of brown patch. Fortunately, I have one bag of Bayleton left over from last year's brown patch "fiasco".

How will the Bayleton have any effect on overseeding this tall-fescue? I can't seem to find anything on re-seeding in regards to a "wait time" after applying Bayleton at the curative rate (3lbs./1000M). I'm thinking it will have little or no impact at all on the new seedlings and their germination.

Anyone have some info. on this? Thanks:)

It should help with new seed establishment especially where watering at frequent intervals will be needed for germination.
