I was leaving the bank and my co-pilot said "look up there, there's a guy on a walker". I thought, a Walker mower ... nope ... literally using a walker to trim. Mind you this little hill is about 15' off the ground and is sloped all around. I thought it was the funniest thing I have ever seen. He was trimming the entire thing up there. He would move a foot of two, lean down the the walker and swing it back and forth ... move a foot or two ...and so on.

BTW, this thread is not meant to attack the handicapped in any way!

He earns My admiration. He could say oh well and sit around and no one would blame him. Makes me feel bad when I need to do something and just don't feel like it.

The sad thing is that's probably going to be me in a few years...And I'm only 32. I guess I will find another line of work before it comers to that. But hey, at least the guy is working and not making excuses.

Maybe he is collecting disability and needs to make it look good so insurance doesn't come calling. I'm probably going to he-- for that remark.

Hey I'm kind of in the same boat but I don't use a walker, I just have to minimize how much I walk 6 hours max if I want to work the next day without too much pain. I fell off a house about 8 years ago and now I can't get work, that's actually why I went into business.

Now that I think about it, I'm in the wrong business, lol.
