They do.....but after a while I know a lot it gets tossed.

I complain and nit pick about stuff like that a lot with them. If I didn't they would be more wasteful.

Tell em to take the waste home with them, its theirs , that would have been their next raise.

One of the main reasons I don't like more than 2'-3' of swing pipe, is on the occasion that a lateral gets damaged, and rocks get in the pipe, the rocks usually get lodged in at the swing ell on the poly tee and block flow to the head. I hate digging up 5'-10' of swing pipe to find the tee and clean out the rocks.

I've used that line before....it's a great line.

In my mind there really is no excuse to have funny pipe waste unless the hard surface or object you're swinging over to isn't there.

Really our guys are pretty good now so I don't need to nit pick like in years past. But I still do need to keep them on their toes.

Two were near a walkway and two weer in the middle of the lawn but they were near trees. I guess they plan on moving them in the future for tree growth.

Hurts today, a little more swollen. Probably doesn't help that I toured the New Belgium brewery in Fort Collins yesterday :)

My favorite is when people use the funny pipe tee's and running pipe in excess of 10' ..... They'll need another sprinkler because some old lady says she has a dry spot over here, so not wanting to do it the right way and run pvc, they'll put a tee in the funny pipe and run some line to the new head... Then they wonder why the other existing head doesnt spray
as far as it used to...

Had one rotor a while back didnt have as good pressure as the rest of the system.. Did a little investigating... Rotor was funny piped with 12" or so of pipe, then 3/4" pvc ran for 40' ft or so, then went back to funny pipe into a funny pipe tee right at another rotor head, so you could imagine the water flow restrictions.....

I just dropped a brand new car battery out of my truck. Landed on a sharp rock and punctured the bottom of the battery. Small leak.

Anyone know what glue to seal it with? No really I am serious.
