    The saga of one estate (over the past 3 weeks). Will everything be pruned, planted and pressure washed before customer returns home on 6/8/2006? The answer sadly is no. Take heart life goes on.

    Pressure washing lower drive, so far so good.

    For all those doubting the money making ability of the 21" mower, be amazed: $150.00 per visit, around 3 man hours. Pruning not included. Plus I aint luggin anything up those stairs BUT a 21".

    Awesome looks plush!!! You can even see your foot prints perfectly.

    That and the stripes it leaves fits the small area to a T!!!
