What is the best/legal way of securing 1 and 5 gallon gas cans to an open trailer
We used to use a big two gal plastic kitty litter can that we cut in half and painted red. Then just screwed it to the trailer. After that, a black rubber bungee cord. Looked pretty good and held the can very secure.
Can ya post any photo's of that, I'd gotta see what it looks like
Amazing no one has any info on this
Vanguard, we have a camper top on the truck that we have and have the cans secured in the bed of the truck. Sorry. I promise, it really didn't look that bad.
OK, thanks for the reply.
Triimertrap and northern tool both have 5 gallon holders for about 85 bucks a pcs i have 2 and they last real good
I'm thinking about adapting a metal box from a woodchip truck to lock my cans in on the front of my truck. it makes sense right? metal box, lock, totally secure, and safe to use, big enough to fit a 5 gal can or 4 in, plus a toolbox, and have room to spare.
