    When side discharging do you prefer Gator commercial mulchers or regular/high lift blades?

    Trick question man I use gator high lifts.

    Tried gators and hated them. I will only use double highlifts. Works great for me.

    You'll be better off with Scag marbian blades on that scag.I,ve tried gator,high lift and standard.Haven't tried doubles-yet.;)

    Bhb, if you run doubles on that mower you better get some more power for that thing. My scag 36", I run doubles on it regular on bottom and gator on top and I barloey have enough juice, 13 kohler.

    Not going to try doubles I was just curious what everyone likes.

    They are alot stronger steel,harder to sharpen,but stay sharp 3 times longer than cheaper aftermarket blades.:)
