GD Customer Service?

    Love my GD mower but am getting more and more frustrated with there customer service. You see, my local GD dealer recently stopped selling power equipment and I have emailed multiple times to GD to request information with absolutely NO RESPONSE. This is not the way to keep loyal customers. Other manufacturers (Toro, Wright, etc.) return messages within 24 hours but not Great Dane. They really need to get a handle on this if they want to be a truly great company.

    In today's business climate its all about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    Got all my issues resolved. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
