I'm sure this subject has been beat to death but I don't see a way to search for this info yet. I'm new and would appreciate some direction. My 90 degree gearbox on my SuperZ 27hp Kawasaki, 72" failed and in taking it apart, I found that it had no hyd fluid in the box at all. The inside bearings have come apart. Is this the kind of venue where you can get suggestions like how to get that sucker off the drive shaft? Thanks for any and all responses. I found it disappointing that nowhere in the owner's manual did it say anything about how, when, and where to check the gear oil level. It talks about most everything else.

    Hmmmm....
This gearbox is tricky and is also going to be hard to get parts for.
    E-mail me for details.
