Getting commercial accounts

    I have 9 yards total. Two of them are commercial. I just happened to pick them up from word of mouth. I would like to get a couple more, or alot for that matter. Do you guys stop by at businesses, make phone calls, send flyers, or just get referred? Is there a certain time of the year that most bids go in for the businesses or is it all different times of the year? Thanks for any advice.

    my personally opinion is that you can get a customer almost anytime during the year. Heck I make calls at the end of January and beginning February for new customers.

    I would do it in person though for commerical accounts or setup an appointment to meet with the supervisor, manger, owner, etc.
