What do you mean you "probably can't handle them saying no"? Are you going to break down and start crying if they don't say yes? I don't understand.

LOL!!!! Imagine if he came to your door and that happened!

To the OP, walk door to door and stick flyers in them. No need to knock-N-talk. Cheaper than EDDM too.

I agree with doing the flyers. No need to talk, picked up 40+ customers this year from directly just leaving flyers on doors. But that's not the problem. Before you worry about picking up customers, you need to learn to deal with them. It's not going to be good for you to pick up 50 customers, then not know how to deal with them.

You can't deal with a random person saying no? What are you going to do when you have customers that try and get down on you? Tell you they paid when they didn't. Ask you to do one thing after another for free? When they start complaining or yelling at you? When they tell you, you broke a window that you don't think you broke or scratched a car you don't think you scratched? What about when they say something rude or disrespectful that hurts your feelings? All this you will deal with on a day to day basis, so something as small as dealing with someone saying no? As mentioned above, I'd sell the equipment and move away from the business running scene and go to work for another LCO.

try putting little flyers in a Ziploc bag, put some pebbles in the bag and throw them out your window onto driveway.

I always use a color flyer so there easy to spot.
