getting new accounts

    when is the best time to go out and try to get new customers, in both residentail and commerical. I would like to get into some commerical accounts but not sure how to go about getting them, beacuse alot of buisness are renting there properties. Any help would be great.

    Now is the time for the large commercial Accounts. Maybe even a little behind. Big business Fiscal Years usually begin in October, Residental about the beginning of Jan is a good time to start mailing's, phone call or even door hangers, it keeps you name out there before the market is flooed with all other companies. Start a referral service with your existing customers. For example if they have been happy with your services and they provide you with two new customers offer then a free treatment or mowing service for 2004. The best time is any time......
