I have been in this business for almost 12 years now and have finally decided to set-up a crew just for commercial work.In the past I have built a large scale residential cliental and have sold off or even given accounts away when it got to be to much. This time I have made several great contacts that would like me to give commercial estimates for next year. I have been thinking about the old Risky business movie and think about saying what the F--. Go out and line up the work for a commercial crew. If I get the work buy all new equip. if not OH WELL. Any opinions or help in how to make those additional crucial contacts. Also if anyone here in the Northeast would like to share bidding information that would be greatly appreciated.
