I have a customer that will not pay his clean up bill ($200.00 )
And I was thinking of backing my truck up to his front lawn and use my leaf vac to deposit about 2-3 yards of leaves onto it.
This is a clean up only, one-time PITA customer.
I would like to know why I shouldn't And don't give me the " It isn't professional, You will hurt all of us, You business will suffer," Krap.
When do we stop being so nice, and make people pay for there actions.I have talked to him and he gives me no good reason for not paying.

a small claims court affidavit can be purchased for about 20.00 from your local court. this has always worked in my case. 9 out of 10 times they will pay you immediately.

What is the reason that he is not paying?
There is some lack of communication or else you wouldn't be in this situation. I am not blaming you at all, I just want to know why this guy does not want to pay.

I can only assume a few things,
He is mad at you for something that you did or didn't do.
He is a person that is trying to take advantage of you because there was no contract and he thinks you won't persue him.
He is hoping that you do something to him so he can turn the tables and sue you for putting the debris back on his lawn.

    Your options;
Find out why he is not paying.
Continue to relentlessly persue him. Constant phone calls, certified letters, ring the door bell. Document everything and create a history of trying to resolve the issue and get paid.
Put a mechanics lien on his property. Every state has different laws on the way you go about this.
    Consult a lawyer.

    Bad option,
Unload all the debris back on the lawn and then have the cops show up and arrest you for disorderly conduct.
That will guarantee that you don't get paid and will almost certainly cost you additional money when you have to clean it again.
I know that you are mad as hell at the guy but you really have to think about the complete picture before you act impulsively. I know that you deserve to get paid and it is a frustrating game of getting the money but you have to decide weather you really want vengence or the cash.

I understand that you are angry but I would not due this. This could end up with the police having a chat with you for illegal dumping. I would try and not get angryÂ…get a lawyer. If you do not want to use a lawyer then handle it yourself by taking them to small claims court. Best of luck to you getting your money back.

I'd go sleep with his wife or take him to small claims court either way you win.

Top 10 not-so legal ways to collect whats due (or at least get even:
    10) Return his debris in front of his garage door so he can't get out and charge him double to remove it.
    9) Hook his teenage daughter up with you punk-a** son.
    8) Spread the word around town that he's a cheapskate and have the supermarkets put him the list for non-acceptable checks for bad credit.
    7) Have your brothers', brother-in-laws' nephew, on his mothers side of the family, get his cousin to pay him a visit.
    6) Accidentally leave your truck door open up as you pass his house and let your mutt jump out and knock up his pedigree.
    5) Start sending anonymous letters to his wife, with flowers and a card that says, "thanks for last night, I'll never walk the same again"
    4) Tell your local Jehovahs Witness that, "he really, really wants to convert, but he's a chronic procrastinater, so you have to be a bit persistent".
    3) Super-impose his head on rauchy porno-mag pictures and send it to his wife, with a different girl on it, every day for a week.
    2) For the next few days order pizzas to be delivered to his house every hour on the hour with nothing but double anchovies on it.
    1) Call his mother!!!!!!!!!!!:realmad:

I've done number 1 before, but only because I was working at the mother's house for the son. I've also done #10 before a couple times... but would not do it again. I've heard of also people going right to the house with a load of just **** in the back of a big dump truck. Go to the front door, "if I don't get a check right now, all that **** is going in your driveway" Another one I have heard of is, signing the person up for as many free catalogs, magazines, and any other free garbage that you can find.
