Does anyone out thare have a 4500? I looked at these and think it would be the perfect truck. It could haul alot of mulch, rock, top soil or sand. Any job needing more my local supplyer can haul it. I heard a rumor next year's 4500 will be available with 4x4. :)

We have an 03 4500 with a duramax, and an 05 on the way. 14 ft wheel base with roll off dump bodies. Love the truck, but I still like the F-450 cabs better. The ultimate truck would be an F-450 cab and chassis with the Cummins 600 engine and an Allison tranny.

Liberty, the 4 x4 is available know. My dad has an 04' GMC 4500 and wants the 4x4. They are BIG $$$$$$$$$. The rear wheel drive with the diesel and auto tranny runs about $40,000. My dads was just under $50k with the dump body, plow, sander, ect. The 4x4 is about $10k more. Need to work that baby hard to pay for that.

He's letting me use it til next summer sometime. Its only got 273 miles on it right now. SWEEEEEEEETT!!!!!!!!! I'm building the leaf box this weekend.
