I'm currently cutting only about five lawns a week, they are fairly big, but its just five. I'm going to buy a new lawn mower and was considering the JD 245. It is a residential for about 4,000. Do you think it will hold up for five years? The warranty is only 120hrs. Would you buy it? Please Help!

No. Get a used commercial mower, or go to your JD dealer and get 0% for 36 months on a new z-trak 717a for 6k. That 245 might last you a couple of years if you baby it, but if you decide to pick up a few more yards, you'll be in a pinch when it craps out. If 4k is all you can get, find a good walk behind.
