going to be in the paper for giving free lawn service to are troops

    well im sure everyone remembers the thread about taking care of a service mans lawn while he was at war.well i left an email on are town mayors site stating that i wanted to do this for free.well today i got a call from channel 8 and the new haven register.i will be in the paper this week or next week pending on how they set things up.i would like to thank the person on here that started the thread.it was such a great idea.i thought about it before i saw that thread and i was happy to see how everyone posted saying they would do it. you made my mind up after reading that thread that i wanted to do it to.may god bless everyone that is doing this.i couldn't think of anything better to do in order to help the families out.

    How many do you plan on doing?
    What kind of budget or other charges if any do you plan on charging?
    sounds like a good idea.

    Please give me more info so that i can check it out

    Secondly- Boy are you gonna get hammered! You should get plenty of free work and some nice paying jobs as well. Hope it goes well for you.

    i plan on doing as many as i can.i'll be doing it by myself.im going to have my 2 guys do my paying work to keep up.

    How will you verify whether or not there is actually a military person that lives there and is away serving in the war?

    you can find lists of people in the area.red cross gives out names

    That is a great idea.

    I had a similar one. In our most recent direct mail fliers, it states that the " owner is a military veteran "

    Seeing that everyone is particularly patriotic right now, i should be getting quite a few calls from them.

    I love being an AMERICAN!
