I just purchased a Bunton BZT2250 today. First rider I've ever bought. It's about 4 years old with 417 hours. It is a 60" with the 25 hp kawasaki. I paid $2800, was that a good price for this mower?

I'd say yes, assuming that it's not all torn up and worn out looking. If it looks new, it was probably worth at least $4k. I'd say that was a great buy! Do you have any pics?

I'll have to post some pics later, but, I can tell you that it is not all beat up and looks brand new aside from a few minor scratches and minor knicks. No paint peeling or rust and everything works as it should. The guy originally asked 3400 for and I shot him 2800 thinking he would shoot me down, but, he took it.

Then yes I'd say you got a real good deal. You could probably turn around and sell that for $4,000. But I would keep it. lol. Good luck to you. On Friday I'm gonna be getting a Bobcat mower, which is basically the same thing, but it will cost me about $6k. I hope this year goes well for you.
