i was wondering do you think i could get away from using walk-behinds all together. i was thinking of a hustler super z and a mini super z.
my propertys will consist of mainly apartments and some commercial clients.

Hard to say without seeing your properties. Will they all fit and is that the most productive way to go.
I know that I could not do it in my area, Hills-Small lots and low trees would be a hassle.

I say hold the wb for the rest of the season. Worst case scenario you will be holding onto it for nothing. BUT, if you sell and find you want it later you are SOL.

my walk behinds are pretty wornout thats why i was asking, for next season i will need new equipment. thats why if one large and small rider will work i was going to do that. but it sounds like i will probably get a super z and new walk behind. thanks for all input. it seemed like a option worth cosidering

Why dont you take out a super walk behind on your props, time it and then get a rider and time that too. You could be faster with the walks??
