Good customer support

  1. i have an ARS telescoping pruner that i never abuse and the piece that you press in to get it to extend cracked...made a few phone calls and they are a sending a new one free of charge. They said if anything else is broken they will send those parts as well...they handled that well. I did buy it a few years ago but it shouldn't breal considering its a $150 unit.
