    got the first call of the season... a full service account in a brand new neighborhood!!! ... i think it will be a good year!!

    sounds good, my year is starting out like yours to I'm siked 2 new yards in one week!

    thanx guys for the support...any advice on gettin more yards in the neighborhood other then doing an awesome job on the one i just got???

    door hangers,send a letter to all the houses,postcards... and do an awesome job!

    make an excuse to park in front of the new customers house... drop off info or service something and try to find the neighbors.... neighbors are nosy and allways wonder what the jones are up too... introduce yourself if you see anyone... Be freindly...practice your sales pitch on anyone who will listen..... hand out cards at the local deli/ gas station/ hardware store... talk to everyone there too...

    And deliver even more then your promise...

    you can try some door-door sales, unless it is prohibited in the neighborhood.
