Been looking to maybe purchase a toolcat 5600 for plowing and light summer work. Sweeping, hauling dirt, moving mulch. Dealer found me a 2004 for $21,900. Has about 2500 hours. Detailed, replace seat and fix leaking wheel cylinder. Is this a fair price or not? Looking for opinions. Thanks

I think that's too high unless you get some attachments. I have an '05 Late B series, that I picked up in '07, high flow, 56 hp, rear pto, A/C and picked it up with a 4 n 1 bucket, tooth bucket and grapple for $20k with only 300 hrs. There are deals out there right now.

I looked at trading it in a year ago with 500 hours and was offered $10k trade by dealer... so I wonder what they have in the machine you are looking at?
If I was to sell my machine, I'd probably ask about what I paid for it with a 4n1 bucket and grapple. see if they can throw in a plow for you.
