Is this a good price? Lazer HP with a 48inch deck, and 21 hp kaw. motor. Has 466 hrs, all fluids changed and new drive tireswith extra set of belts. Also if I do decide to get it, I'm new to riders what all should I check on it?

I sold a similar unit last year: Lazer HP 48/19 with 330 hrs on it and a mulch kit. All orig tires, only thing ever done to it was change oil and blades. Super clean machine that was used for 2 seasons and got $3800 for it within a week of putting it up for sale.....Dealer was gonna give me like $2500 for trade value...
