    they haven't included the new erosion & sediment control certificate.

    you can't charge for landscape design unless you are certified and you can't design unless you do the installation.

    also, you need a sign posted for pesticides in addition to the license.

    not clear on the requirements of a nursery dealer's license as opposed to the nursery grower's license. it sounds like if you buy a plant for your client, charge them for the plant, and plant it, you have to have a license.
