I am having a problem with goosegrass (Eleusine indica) in lawns. Does anyone know of a good chemical that will control or help control goosegrass with out burning tall fescue that bad?

Is mso really better than li700, or induce(from helena)?

My rep says no, but I have never used it

    Your rep is a ******...

Mso has a penetration ability and has to be used with these new herbicides. Read some of greendoctor's post on mso. He explains its abilities. The regular sticker will actually bleach the turfgrass at high temps.

There is a huge difference between MSO and LI 700. LI 700 is not to be used with sulfonylurea herbicides. Induce is a nonionic surfactant. MSO has the unique property of dissolving the leaf wax and carrying herbicides into the leaf. This effect is most noticeable with sulfonylurea herbicides, the "dim" and "fop" herbicides and quinclorac.

Thanks a lot guys. I have plenty of MSO but does anyone have a recommendation on where the best place to get the Solitaire is online? I have never dealt with FMC in the past and am not sure if my parent company has either. I deal more with restricted Ag use chemicals.

Quinclorac is actually the ai that kills the goose grass
