    heres what you can and cant do in fl for fert/ pest

    I hate to play the I told you so game. But I believe I told you the same thing in an other post a week or so ago.

    It definitely varies state to state. Illinois defines pesticide differently. Always good to check up.

    We all told you what was required. In fact a simple web search would have told you the same thing.

    Just so you know. You can not spray dish soap on a plant to control insects. It is against the law. Period.
