Up for grabs is a great running Ransomes 350D reel mower. It cuts a 12 foot path and is powered by a 4 cylinder Kubota Diesel. The mower only has 2300 hours on it and runs great. We just put 4 brand new tires on that was over $350 alone. We had the starter rebuilt less then 2 weeks ago. We lost a large acreage job and now we have no need for a mower this big. Make no mistake this mower is HUGE!! It might not look like it in the pics but wait till you see it in person. It weighs over 4,000 lbs. A comparable model would be over $40K now. This would be perfect for someone who has a lot of grass to mow or for a golf course on a budget.

May take trades it just depends on what you got, otherwise make offer.

This was up for sale in 2007. I would bet it is gone by now.

Just this simple question equals a total lack of knowledge concerning reel mowers and their proper set-up.
However, to answer your question ALL reel mowers, regardless of their manufacture have height adjustments - this one has a sliding adjuster located on the outside front of each reel plus variable position(s) to mount the rollers.
The real question is the grind on the reels, what type and how current plus the bed bar and knife set-up. A better question when buying a used unit is % of reel life left and set-up status. If the owner/operator was doing their job properly all of that data should be painted on the reel housing with permanent paint.
