Gotta train them customers

    Just got a call from a customer asking why I invoiced her full price for the one mowing in March (she forgot to unlock her gate and put her dogs inside). I explained to her that I was there to mow the yard and couldnt access the back yard because it was locked. She kept insisting that she should only have to pay half then. I finally told her that we can handle this one of two ways, She pay full price this invoice or she can pay half this invoice and double for the next mowing because the week after she forgot to unlock the gate the grass had grown to 6" and I had to double cut

    atta boy. i love it. you may now ride on the front of the bus. make sure you turn and wave to aponte and pga as you gather your belongings, and step to the front end. good work
