Lazy post again. Working a project with 1" service, 5/8 meter to 3/4 house service. Rural water system and a larger meter is not an option. We want to zone for 10-11 gpm. Pressure regulator in place for whole system to 70psi.

Trying to dodge the flow test and hoping for all the experts here to refresh my memory. (Norwegian blood in place.) :)

  2. You sound really beaten down John. I guess you know what is coming. Assuming you have 70psi. assuming the tap was done properly. Assuming some plumber didn't kink the waterline. You should be safe at 10 to 11gpm. But you know what they say about assuming John.

We did the flow test and it flows between 17 and 18 gpm. 55psi with a regulator inline. I want to zone now to 13 gpm. Ideas?

    John:rolleyes:
