    Current tools used,

    MF 1635
    5' Tiller
    5' Box blade
    6' Rake

Over the past few months we have been installing new lawns. I am curious to know if there would be a more cost effective way to prep for new turf. My main concern is always the final grade which we normally do by hand with 2X4's.

Do any of you have advice as to how you go into a already existing lawn and start over?

Do any of you have advice on different tools/attachments you may suggest?

Getting the lawn level or at least without the "waves" from a tractor?

Do any of you have suggestions on finish grading?

I alway's used a rubber tracked loader, and backdraged it.

I would love to have a skid steer, however we just bought this tractor this spring. Plus it can be used in applications where a skid steer may not do so well at. Example: bush hogging 26 acres.
